Holiday entitlement when leaving a job
In the UK, most workers get 5.6 weeks' statutory paid leave per year. When you leave, you're only entitled to the share you've accrued in the current leave year, minus any leave you've already taken. This calculator uses: accrued days = (months worked ÷ 12) × 5.6 × working days per week. Your employer may use a different leave year or contract terms; always check your contract and speak to HR.
